WIRE EDM NRL has wire EDM capabilities to cut most all metals in a work envelope size of 13.75" x 9.75" x 8.5" and up to 1000 lbs. While achieving finishes down to a 4-6 RMS and holding +/- .0002 tolerances. We also cut up to a 30 degree angle depending on the part layout.
